Description
The CANDIDE pillowcase features a stylised floral design in the Persian style, inspired by the ”Persians” of the 18th century. Made from the CANDIDE printed set in 80 threads/cm² cotton percale, the pillowcase is both refined with its hand-crafted motifs and features relief and harmonious movements, with the design modernised and refreshed thanks to its light blue background. The colourful flowers bring cheerfulness and the Baltic background is soothing. The animated reverse with small carmine strokes on the same fresh background as the main one creates a very soft counterpoint, a false plain effect that warms up the blue. All this is underlined by a matt khaki cotton braid in piping which breaks up the potential classism and gives it its trendy touch.
