MADE IN GERMANY
Our Emsdetten weaving mill uses high-quality cotton yarn. Our production site in Germany with its weaving preparation, weaving mill, dye works and sewing line conforms with strict, national environmental and social standards. These are mandatory for us and also set the standard for our daily business. In 2019, more than 94% of our products were produced in Germany.
HEFEL Textil is one of the most successful and innovative bedding producers and has the only weaving mill for ticking fabrics in Europe. The entire range (comforters, pillows, mattress toppers, bed linen and down-proof fabric) is 100% produced in Austria to the highest quality standards.
The firm was established in 1907 and is now managed by the fourth generation of family. Wonderful bedding of the finest quality is produced at two sites in Austria (Schwarzach/Vorarlberg and Kefermarkt/Upper Austria). HEFEL is the only fully integrated bedding manufacturer worldwide that produces its comforters in-house, from the yarns and fillings to quilting and the finished product.
